Dental assisting diploma

- Spacious classrooms and a digital classroom
- Dedicated vaccination and examination rooms
- Diagnostic laboratory space, EKG lab, and phlebotomy lab
- A digital resource room and computer lab
- Break areas and dedicated parking for students
- Labs are equipped with up-to-date medical and dental equipment to simulate real clinical environments and help you build confidence before externship.
Real-world experience through externships
Externships and clinical courses are an integral part of every program at Avicenna. After completing classroom and lab requirements, students participate in supervised externships or clinical courses at approved medical and dental facilities. These experiences help you apply classroom theory, build technical proficiency, and develop the professional behaviors expected in healthcare settings.

- Sites assigned by the Institute based on availability and course requirements
- Daytime schedules only – no night externship sites
- Mandatory externship orientation before placement
- All required externship/clinical hours must be completed to graduate
